Online Claims
CLAIMS POLICY
NO Claims will be honored on product that is no longer located at original delivery site.
Customer MUST maintain original cartoning and inter-packing. (Failure to maintain all original cartoning could void claim.)
SDJ does not honor “subject to inspection”. All inspections must be done while the driver is present unless pre-approved by a manager of SDJ.
Replacements may not be ordered or repairs made without the prior approval of SDJ.
All concealed damage claims must be reported within 15 days of delivery. (Failure to do so will result in denial of claim).
All concealed damage claims are subject to a percentage settlement of manufacturers original invoice price.
In accordance to ICC Rules and Regulations, SDJ reserves the right to inspect for repair or replacement of all damages.
All claims are subject to Shelba D. Johnson Trucking Tariff Limitations.
No claims will be processed without paid freight bill.
