Our Customer Service Department can be reached each day between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. They can provide assistance with:

• Whether a shipment has been picked-up.
• The status of a shipment in the warehouse.
• The estimated delivery date and time.

CLAIMS

In the unfortunate event you have a need to file a claim, you may do so by calling our company and talking to one of our specialists in the Claims Department.  Each member of our knowledgeable staff has tremendous product and customer knowledge to help you through the process.  

If you need to submit a claim, you may do so by completing the Online Claims Form, or you can print a manual Claims Form and forward it to our Claims Department by mail or by faxing it to (336) 476-2320.
