We take Service Quality
seriously. Service Quality consists of a
number of Components that include:
- Picking up your furniture in a timely and efficient manner.
- Quickly bringing the furniture to our terminal locations.
- Efficiently processing the paperwork to route the furniture
appropriately.
- Carefully unloading the furniture into the assigned bays while
inspecting for packaging or other problems.
- Efficiently developing outbound loads to assure freight is
delivered to you in a timely manner.
- Loading the outbound trailers, carefully fitting the furniture
into available space.
- Hauling the furniture to your location.
- Unloading the furniture as carefully as possible at your
location.
While we anticipate your shipment will arrive trouble
free, we do have numerous functions available should an issue arise.
These functions include:
- Customer
Service: For tracking and tracing freight.
- OS & D: For use
if there is difficulty locating your freight either on the inbound
side or the outbound side.
- Claims Handling: To
file and handle claims in the rare instances when something does
go wrong.
- Returns: Should you
need to return furniture to the shipper, we will be glad to handle
your returns needs.
